Job Description:
Monigle seeks an experienced, hands-on sales professional responsible for identifying opportunities and building relationships to drive sales for Monigle’s Signage Design and Implementation practice. Opportunities will be created with prospects and former clients from across the United States and select global companies within our target segments (Healthcare, Health-related, Financial Services, Technology, Energy, Professional Services, Diversified industries) and other target industries.
Monigle’s Signage Design and Implementation practice is a team of industry pioneers who continue to lead the way in large-scale facility rebranding and signage implementation project management. We offer a comprehensive design and project management solution utilizing our proprietary platform, SignChart®, delivering transparency and efficiency in every project.
Our ideal candidate is an industry-experienced professional with lead generation, relationship management, and good project management skills. A sales and relationship professional accustomed to providing hyper-personalized communications to establish connections and grow relationships with prospects meeting our ideal customer profile. Additionally, leveraging your sales and prospect-nurturing experience to develop and grow relationships with critical influencer partners such as signage manufacturing and activation specialist firms.
You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting and outreach, qualification, evaluation, product demonstration, and closing. You will work closely with our Environmental CEO, Senior Director, and Monigle’s corporate marketing and sales teams to ensure our value proposition and messaging align with the market’s needs. You will collaborate on content development, identify industry trends, define client challenges, update client case studies and testimonials, and provide a client’s perspective to help corporate marketing position Monigle’s Signage Design and Implementation offer as the desired solution to your prospect's problems. Marketing campaigns are initiated monthly using email and social media, as well as through events and webinars once or twice a year.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Reviewing current signage engagements and connecting with our client-facing teams to learn about existing projects, relationships, and partners, gaining valuable insights to share with prospects
- Understanding the marketplace, key trends, customer challenges, and pain points
- Outreach and connection with defined targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales opportunities within target accounts
- Entering, managing, and tracking customer interaction and transactional information in our Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Reconnecting with past clients, lapsed prospects, relationships, and others who have demonstrated interest
- Responding to, nurturing, and developing qualified inbound sales leads and managing, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales opportunities
- Developing and advancing opportunities down the sales funnel to close
- Working with the corporate branding team and marketing to coordinate pre-sales resources to build awareness and create reputational buzz for our signage design and implementation offers

- Delivering capability presentations, SignChart® demonstrations, and broad support to nurture prospective clients and influencer partners
- Providing regular prospecting, pipeline, and forecast reporting through our Salesforce system
- Keeping abreast of competitive issues and new competitive product and service offers
- Providing excellent communication with ownership, management, customers, and support staff
- Occasionally traveling to prospect/client locations (when needed) to support sales efforts
- Establishing a network and community of facility and marketing professionals interested in discussing and sharing the latest in signage design and implementation
- Working to enable internal Monigle teams, specifically our Client Experience and Sales teams, to ensure they are trained and current on providing the right questions to promote interest and qualify opportunities with prospective and existing clients to add to your sales funnel
Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum of five years of signage and brand conversion sales or facilities management experience with an agency or signage manufacturing company or agency selling to these audiences
- Performance: Consistent achievement of marketing and sales goals within a defined list of qualified targets across multiple industries
- Connector: A desire to authentically connect with prospective clients and establish partner relationships to add value and solve client signage design and implementation challenges
- Account-based prospecting: Identify and connect with current prospects and partners to identify targets and determine a range of triggers that indicate a prospect could be in the market for a signage design or implementation solution
- Hyper-personalized: using a hyper-personalized approach, leveraging tools to break through the marketing clutter using techniques and tools including social surroundings and video outreach (e.g., Vidyard, Webinars, Podcasts)
- Evangelist: Establishing a vocal appreciation and belief in Monigle’s approach and signage design and implementation services on social media, webinars, and potentially our podcast
- Team Player: You crave working as part of a team (marketing, sales, leadership, and signage delivery) to be successful and be able to “build it yourself” if necessary, bringing the team along
- Excellent Communicator: You know what to say and how and when to say it
Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 base salary range plus other incentives
- Final compensation will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training, and experience.
