We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Growth team to help execute our B2B marketing strategy. This role requires exceptional the ability to learn quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, collaborate across teams, and project management skills., You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, Brand Manager, and sales team to execute marketing initiatives that elevate Monigle’s presence and showcase our branding expertise to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. A foundational understanding of B2B marketing in an agency environment is a plus.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management (40%): Coordinate and manage timelines for marketing initiatives including a robust content calendar, cross-channel campaigns, and internal requests. Ensure timely delivery of all initiatives, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Content coordination and execution (40%): Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle–from planning and creation to publishing and promotion. Manage social media accounts (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram), schedule and share posts, monitor engagement, and create basic graphics. Support tactical execution of marketing campaigns including website updates, content uploads, and email builds.
  • Performance tracking & reporting (20%): Monitor and track marketing performance data across email, social, web, and paid media channels to surface insights that will inform strategy and optimization. Assist in identifying trends and areas of opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role; B2B or agency experience preferred
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership of projects, and eager
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • An eye for digital design with experience working in Canva. Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Experience with Asana (or similar PM tools), WordPress, Salesforce Account Engagement (FKA Pardot), Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, social media management.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Desire to learn and participate in special projects and initiatives based on interests and skillsets contributing to professional growth and development

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
